There is something lovely with having brunch with myself, or any type of me time. I have heard, having any interaction with yourself is an indication you enjoy your own company. Well, not that easy to accomplish all the time, but every now and then, in the face of being alone or in the opportunity to take yourself out on a date, it happens to be a very nice and sometimes brave thing to do.
In a place full of tables with couples, family or friends, being alone might feel awkard. Some people look at you in a weird way, others smile and some other look at you with a glimpse of pity.
Aloneness can be beautiful. Just the time to really be with yourself, is a gift most of the time remains wrapped and ready to be unfolded… and lived.
